3.When it comes to linearity within a distance below 100mm, we can achieve a tolerance as tight as 0.005mm.

4.For linearity over a distance of 100mm or more, the tolerance we can achieve is up to 0.01mm.A form tolerance can be maintained within the range of 0.003mm to 0.005mm.Position tolerance can be achieved with a precision of up to 0.01mm.
