1. Machining accuracy 1) Dimensional accuracy The dimensional accuracy of shaft parts mainly refers to the diameter dimensional accuracy and length dimensional accuracy of the shaft. According to the usage requirements, the dimensional accuracy of the main journal diameter is usually IT6-IT9 grade, and the precision journal can also reach IT5 grade. The length dimension of the shaft is usually specified as the nominal dimension. For the length of each step of the stepped shaft, the corresponding tolerance can be given according to the usage requirements. 2) Geometric accuracy of shaft parts is generally supported on the bearing by two journal shafts. These two journal shafts are called supporting journal shafts and also serve as the assembly reference for the shaft. In addition to dimensional accuracy, requirements are generally also put forward for the geometric accuracy (roundness, cylindricity) of the supporting journal. For journal shafts of general precision, the geometric shape error should be limited within the diameter tolerance range. When higher requirements are needed, the allowable tolerance value should be separately specified on the part drawing. 3) Mutual position accuracy: In shaft parts, the coaxiality between the mating journal (the journal for assembling transmission components) and the supporting journal is a common requirement for their mutual position accuracy. For ordinary precision shafts, the radial circular runout of the supporting journal due to the fit accuracy is generally 0.01-0.03mm, while for high-precision shafts, it is 0.001-0.005mm. In addition, the mutual position accuracy also includes the coaxiality of the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, the perpendicularity requirements between the axial positioning end face and the axis center line, etc. 2. The surface roughness requirements for shaft parts vary depending on the precision of the machinery and the speed of operation. Under normal circumstances, the surface roughness Ra value of the support journal is 0.63-0.16 μm. The surface roughness Ra value of the mating journal is 2.5-0.63 μ.
FAQ:
Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a factory.
Q: How can I obtain a quotation?
A: To receive a quotation, please send us drawings in formats such as IGS, DWG, STEP, etc., along with a detailed PDF. If you have any specific requirements, please include them in the request, and we will provide professional advice for your reference.
Q: What if I don't have a drawing?
A: In such cases, you can provide us with samples or drawings. Rest assured, we will ensure the safety and confidentiality of any provided drawings.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally, it takes 7-14 days for the parts to be ready. We have systems in place to ensure timely delivery.
Q: How do you ship the products? What are the packing details?
A: For small quantity orders, we have partnerships with courier services like TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc. For larger quantities, air or sea shipment options are available. We have standard packing details, but if you have any specific requirements, we are willing to assist you.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is there an extra charge?
A: Yes, we can provide samples, but there may be an extra charge for them.
Q: What are your payment terms? How can I make the payment?
A: Our payment terms are 50% T/T (bank transfer) in advance, with the balance payment due before shipment. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
